ALL MORNING BOOT CAMPS MEET 3 DAYS A WEEK ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY
TWO TIMES TO CHOOSE FROM :
6:00 AM – 7:30 AM – (1 Hour from start to finish)

6:30 PM BOOT CAMP MEETS 2 EVENINGS A WEEK ON MONDAY AND THURSDAY

All Boot Camps are held at Grayson United Methodist Church in Grayson, on the corner of Rosebud Rd. and Grayson Parkway. We are outside pending weather. During the winter months we do have the option to be inside during the AM sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: You must pay at time of registration or your space in camp will not be guaranteed.

* Requirements for participating in Vet Flex are you must have completed a previous Boot Camp Session. Vet Flex includes 14 workouts.

** 3 month Vet Flex includes 42 workouts.

Boot Campers please note: Before you continue with your registration, you should know that you are about to begin an intense fitness program. We strongly encourage you to speak with your doctor before beginning any health, fitness or nutrition program. By completing this registration form, you understand that it is your responsibility to consult your physician if you are unsure of your current ability to participate.

Every individual is different and will experience different results when participating in Just us Girls Boot Camp. If you want to lose weight and are under 18, pregnant, nursing, following a diet recommended by a doctor, have health problems or want to lose more than 50 pounds, see a doctor prior to starting Boot Camp.
